Acunto's original and iconic oven shape. The oven is placed on a hexagonal base.
The Angolore ovens are hand-built Neapolitan brick ovens that have a cast steel door opening. The diameter of the refractory base plate is from 80-130 cm and the dome is built with handmade clay bricks. An internal steel and cement structure reinforces the dome and forms the base of the oven.
A patented mixture of Neapolitan sand, Valcan stone and clay forms a thick insulation, ensuring heat retention.
The oven is mounted on permanent welded steel legs.
Gas burners, manual or automatic, can be installed after consultation with Acunto.
